For my dissertation, I created a replica of Guardian Weekly, focusing on environmental issues and addressing the "war on waste." Using design software, I meticulously recreated the publication's layout, including its typography, grid structure, and overall design aesthetics.
In addition to the design work, I wrote four original articles, each aligned with the magazine's typical content, exploring various aspects of waste reduction and sustainability. I also sourced and formatted imagery to meet the required specifications, ensuring correct attribution and high image quality.
This project showcased my skills in both content creation and design, resulting in a professional-level magazine with cohesive articles and visuals that contribute to the dialogue surrounding environmental sustainability.
